Alexandra Oleynik is a professional actress, acting coach, founder and Artistic Director at International School of Acting (Ukraine). She was studying and undertook her research on acting techniques and Acting for camera in New York University Tisch School of Arts on prestigious Fulbright Scholarship. Alexandra learned acting training from the best teachers and directors from all over the world. That experience allowed her to create her own way of teaching that combines different acting, voice and movement techniques. She is teaching actors and non actors of different age and experience in Ukraine and abroad, also she is an Assistant Arts Professor at Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema and Television. Her students play main roles in film, TV and theatre productions.

As an actress she had a unique experience taking part in actors’ labs, films and theatre projects in Ukraine and around the world. Among them performances in The Research lab on acting techniques led by Anatoly Vassiliev (Grotowski Institute, Poland), International Summer School for Young Theatre Artists (Moscow, Russia), Michael Chekhov Workshop for teachers on Michael Chekhov technique, Meredith Monk ”Celebration Service”, “Dakh” Theatre, The Kennedy Center(Washington DC), Yara Arts Group La MaMa Theatre in New York (NY, USA), “International Summer Program” in Watermill center (NY,USA),  and many others.
